He began his professional journey working at four advertising agencies that served major national and international clients, including Unilever, Bradesco, Samsung, and Lopes, before founding his own company in 2014.

Holding a degree from PUC-SP along with additional professional training, Rafael is recognized for his commitment to continuous learning and professional development. His natural curiosity, strong organizational skills, and entrepreneurial mindset have enabled him to expand his expertise into multiple business sectors, including food services, retail, and direct sales. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on improving processes, services, products, and customer experiences while driving sustainable business growth.

Over the years, Rafael has successfully managed strategic projects from conception to execution, delivering measurable results, including revenue growth exceeding 300% and strengthening brand presence in competitive markets. He has worked closely with clients and business partners such as Defendi Engenharia, Opção Silicones, Dolisystem, BRoyal, and Martinelli Imports, coordinating operations, communications, customer relationships, and business initiatives.

As the founder and leader of Inova Promos, Rafael oversees daily business operations, administrative processes, project coordination, client management, vendor relationships, and strategic planning.
